What makes LED lights better than traditional bulbs?
LEDs use up to 80% less energy than incandescent bulbs and last 15–25 times longer. They produce minimal heat, contain no mercury, and deliver consistent, high-quality light instantly — no warm-up time. Over their lifespan, you'll spend significantly less on both energy bills and replacements.
What does "color temperature" mean? Beginner
Color temperature is measured in Kelvin (K) and describes the warmth or coolness of light.

2700–3000K — Warm white. Cosy and relaxing; ideal for living rooms and bedrooms.
3500–4100K — Neutral white. Clean and balanced; great for kitchens and offices.
5000–6500K — Cool daylight. Crisp and energising; perfect for garages and task areas.
What is CRI and why does it matter?
CRI (Color Rendering Index) measures how accurately a light source shows colors compared to natural sunlight, scored from 0–100. Anything above 90 is considered excellent. For retail, art studios, and kitchens, we recommend CRI 90+. Our premium range reaches CRI 95+ for the most color-critical environments.

Are your LED products dimmable?
Most of our LEDs are dimmable, but compatibility depends on both the bulb and your dimmer switch. We recommend TRIAC phase-cut dimmers designed specifically for LEDs. Using an incompatible dimmer can cause flickering or buzzing. Product pages clearly indicate dimmability — look for the dimmer icon. Contact us if you're unsure about your existing setup.
Installation & Compatibility
Can I replace my existing bulbs with LED without rewiring?
In most cases, yes. Our LED retrofit bulbs are direct drop-in replacements for common bases (E27, E14, GU10, B22, etc.) — no rewiring required. If you're upgrading fluorescent tube fittings, you may need to bypass the existing ballast. Our step-by-step installation guides cover this clearly.

What warranty do your LED products carry? Popular
All products include a minimum 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our premium commercial and industrial range is backed by a 5-year warranty. Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions, and do not cover damage from incorrect installation, voltage surges, or physical impact. We offer a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Can I return a product if it doesn't suit my space?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return on all stock items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Custom orders (cut-to-length strips, bespoke panels) are non-returnable unless faulty.
